Chemical and paints industry

We have an extensive experience in the execution of facilities for the chemical and paint industry.

This type of production uses hazardous and highly reactive chemicals such as acids, alkalis, solvents and oxides. For this reason, projects designed and built by us are often classified as plants with an increased or high risk of industrial accidents, which must meet environmental, fire&safety and health &safety requirements.

Design and execution of a powder coating production plant including process systems.

The production area has multiple storeys and was planned to facilitate the extension of production lines. The factory was supplied with state-of-the-art production equipment delivered from different parts of Europe. The greatest challenge in the project was to plan the facility and choose appropriate construction technologies. Therefore, we have prepared a technological concept which was used as guidelines to design an appropriate system of structures for specific static and dynamic loads and to plan the electrical and mechanical systems for the purposes of production equipment.

Design and build for Hempel Manufacturing Poland

In the area of over 6 ha, we have built a complex including 13 facilities: finished goods warehouses, loose and liquid raw material warehouses, unloading points, production building, office building and other smaller service and utility facilities, along with process systems.

Design and build for Hypred

The contract concerned a comprehensive execution of a production plant of hygienic products intended for agricultural and food industries. The project also covered construction of a complete process system including production automation.

Design for Henkel

We have prepared a design for the expansion of an industrial plant using Revit, including a 2-storey production hall with 22m high process mezzanines.

The facility includes: a finished goods warehouse with loading docks; ecological tray for liquid raw material storage tanks along with a pumping station; process trestle bridge with a piping system used to transport raw materials from external tanks to the production hall; amenity and office part.

Design and build for Becker Acroma.

For one of the largest domestic distributors of wood paints, varnishes, stains and waxes, we have designed and built a production and storage hall including a laboratory and an amenity and office part.
