We have extensive experience in the construction of logistic centers, cross-dock warehouses and special storage facilities such as cold stores.

Under the contract for Nijhof-Wassink, we have designed and built a 45,000 m2 logistic centre in Kutno together with an integrated railway siding and a design of plastic granulate handling system.
Expansion and reconstruction of the distribution centre for the German concern.
The warehouse is the most modern facility owned by Lidl in Poland and the largest distribution centre in Europe having a total area of approx. 55,000 m2 and a cubic capacity of 350,000 m3.
Design and build for Green Factory Logistics
For one of major companies specialised in ready-to-eat products and advanced TSL services, we have carried out a comprehensive execution of a cold store building for storing products in a controlled temperature. The facility was built within a perfectly located Industrial Park in Niepruszewo near Poznań.
