Printing and packaging industry

For many years, we have been conducting investments for companies from printing and packaging industry.

In these type of projects the key elements are precise foundation for printing machines and controlled work environment. Our portfolio includes warehouses for cylinders and printing forms as well as production facilities for packaging based on printed monofilms and laminates or decorative surfaces using rotogravure printing methods and digital printing.

Expansion of Schattdecor Production Plant in Głuchołazy by a production hall, a link to the process building and an office and amenity building, including modernisation of the existing building.

During our long-term cooperation, we built a two-storey storage hall with a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure, 20 m high, along with a design of systems for vertical and horizontal transport of rolls to different floors and a trestle bridge for transport to the adjacent hall. At the project site, we have made a pre-treatment plant and reconstructed a fi 800 storm sewer, as well as modernised and expanded the office building and amenity facilities.

Expansion of a packaging production plant

As a general contractor, we have expanded the packaging production plant by three storage halls: for cylinders, finished products and films. We have also made an 8700m3 picking hall. The entire production plant was provided with a modern fleet of machinery used to manufacture monofilms and laminates made with rotogravure printing.

Design and execution for a manufacturer of photopolymer panels

This “design and build” project covered the construction of a production and storage hall along with an office building. The project was carried out in the Industrial Park in Niepruszewo.

General contracting for a manufacturer of printing forms

The scope of our works included construction of the entire facility along with all necessary internal systems and land development. The scope of outdoor works covered: external wastewater systems, storm water drainage, sanitary systems, site lighting systems, the hardening of yards, parking areas and access roads, fencing and green areas.
