General contracting and detailed design for Good Food Products.

In the area of over 67,000 m2, we have built a modern production and storage plant for rice waffles, along with auxiliary systems and equipment. The facility includes two separate zones: the production and storage section including a workshop, compressor room, service, auxiliary and administration rooms, and the administrative and amenity section. We also built an in-house process waste water treatment plant including underground tanks with a capacity of 60m3/d. The facility is also supplied with a mechanical ventilation system and process exhausts in the extrusion and picking area, including a system for balancing pressure in the hall, with a total air exhaust capacity of 200,000m3/h.

Design and construction of a bakery production hall as part of expansion of Aryzta factory.

The contract involved designing and building a raw material collection and unloading room along with cold store and warehousing rooms. The facility also has a separate dough area and a hall including production lines for baking and packing bakery products. The expansion also covered a construction of a new packaging storage facility with a freezer area and stretcher room.

General contracting for Piekarnie - Cukiernie Putka.

The cooperation involved a comprehensive construction of a bakery building including an amenity and office part and auxiliary facilities. The building was made along with process systems such as process heat, central heating, compressed air, cold and hot process water and gas systems.

Design and build for Poznańska Palarnia Kawy Astra Sp. z o.o.

As part of the project titled “Development of Astra Coffee-Roasting Facility in Poznań by implementing the effects of R&D works in the form of an innovative technology of producing coffee with a reduced content of irritating substances, in Nekla commune”, we have built a modern production plant. The scope of works covered a design and construction of a production hall for coffee production lines together with a two-storey office building as well as a raw material and finished product storeroom with an increased thermal insulating power. The facility was supplied with a sound system for visually impaired persons and an inductive loop that allows the persons with impaired hearing to hear a pure and clear sound through a telecoil. The project was carried out according to HACCP requirements for the food sector.

Design and build for Green Factory Logistics

For one of major companies specialised in ready-to-eat products and advanced TSL services, we have carried out a comprehensive execution of a cold store building for storing products in a controlled temperature. The facility was built within a perfectly located Industrial Park in Niepruszewo near Poznań.

General contracting for Puratos

The project included a production plant with a total cubic capacity of 49,673m3. The facility has separate production, storage, amenity and office parts. Puratos decided to situate their production plant in Kostrzyn Wielkopolski near Poznań.

Expansion and reconstruction of confectionery production plant.

The newly designed facilities included an amenity and sanitary building, four storage facilities and two production halls. Design solutions as well as the performed construction works have ensured the maintenance of the highest hygiene requirements for the food manufacturing processes. Continuing our collaboration with Nestle, we also built a modern process building for their production system. Design work consisted in development of the concept, including the process measurements and in preparation of the 3D model, as well as accurate sketching of the construction including the support for machinery and tanks.
