By designing the proven and effective solutions, we make sure that our Client receives production halls, warehouses and other industrial facilities, which meet the set requirements in 100%, and at the same time we focus on the optimisation of costs.  General contracting also includes the negotiation of prices of construction materials, tools and accessories necessary for the finishing of a building. We rely on proven suppliers and large orders allow us to obtain advantageous discounts. Additionally, the VAT rate for construction materials is 8% and not 23% as is the case with the independent handling of the investment. Owing to this, the cost of construction of a facility in the general contracting system is much lower!
