Design and execution of a vitamin premix production plant for food industry along with process systems.

In the design and build scheme, we have built a production and storage hall together with construction of a 2-storey office building and land development including roads and yards, located in Niepruszewo. The facility was provided with the following process systems: sprinkler system with a fire water tank and pumping station, compressed air system, precision air conditioning system with a high capacity to maintain hygiene and air parameters, chilled water and process heat systems, central heating system and an 800 kW boiler house, as well as electrical systems with a 1.2MW transformer building.

General Contracting

Design and construction of the new business seat of the Warsaw-based branch office of the company with the area of 4500m2. The investment covered the construction of a 3-storey office building and a warehouse hall. The facility is provided with air-conditioning and full temperature and humidity monitoring system.

Design and construction of Kadefarm Sp. z o.o. headquarters

The cooperation was based on preparing the building permit design and detailed design, obtaining the building permit and a comprehensive execution of construction, installation and land development works. Under the contract, we have designed and built external connections together with a transformer station.

Expansion of a production building and storage hall

The project concerned general construction works, installation of electrical systems, including alteration of a transformer station, implementation of SAP systems, construction of sanitary systems and a boiler house with a capacity of Q=1120kW. We also implemented an air supply and exhaust system with an air humidifier and heat recovery. The facility is provided with a water demineralization station in a reverse osmosis system with a capacity of G=1m3/h.
