Functionality and comfort
Modern office buildings must be characterised by functionality and must allow for the adaptation of space to the set requirements. The office space should ensure appropriate comfort of work and have a positive effect on employees and their creativity and mutual relationships. In the office buildings which we design, we combine the expectations of our clients with the effectiveness of offered solutions. Buildings designed by our architects are distinguished by the flexibility of space arrangements, division into zones for individual work as well as zones which enable the creative work. The modernly designed offices are provided with multimedia conference rooms, one-to-one rooms, relaxation zones and shared dining areas.
Ecological solutions
Green thinking and Eco-friendly are the trends, which are more and more frequently taken into account while designing modern office facilities. The scope of possible installation solutions covers the production of electricity from the photovoltaic installation, the use of heat pumps both for cooling and heating purposes, the recovery of rainwater and heat, and the use of sunlight and fresh air. Ecological solutions also include the use of renewable and natural materials, which have a smaller impact on CO2 emission during production and the much more reduced carbon footprint.
Certification of buildings
Green certificates such as, for instance LEED, BREEAM or DGNB refer to the assessment of the impact of ecological buildings on the surroundings and natural environment. The main criteria include the use of energy, materials and resources, water as well location of the investment and quality of the internal environment. We have experience in designing office and production facilities, which were subject to certification, including facilities for such companies as Henkel and DMG Mori, the modern cold store building in Komorniki and the office complex with an area of over 11 000 m2 in Poznan.
Intelligent systems
Building Management System (BMS) – is the necessary element of functioning and management of a modern building. The use of the control and monitoring system for the ventilation, air conditioning and temperature adjustment system as well as the measurement of CO2 concentration allows the highest comfort of work to employees to be ensured. BMS enables the individual adjustment of air and lighting parameters, access control and safety management for the respective building zones, and in addition to this, it allows for the current and remote reading of operating parameters of equipment and the monitoring of water, heat and electricity consumption.
