Back Another project for Piekarnie Cukiernie Putka
The first stage of cooperation consisted of the comprehensive work related to the construction of the bakery including office and employee facilities as well as other accompanying buildings with an area of over 12 000 m2. The facility was provided with many process systems, e.g. vapour system, process heat system, compressed air system, cold and hot process water system. Additionally, chillers and the refrigerating system were installed. At the moment, the PUTKA bakery in Jawczyce is being expanded. The building will consist of production premises intended for baking bread, the raw material warehouse, the finished product warehouse, the freezer area, the cold store and the vegetable cleaning zone.
